Teknerd has its own comprehensive steel detailing manual. This contains a large number of snapshots that cover most commonly used steel details. Teknerd is committed to use and follow this manual. Throughout this commitment, Teknerd gives clients the ability to supervise the drawings presentation ensuring the highest level of quality.

Most projects today have aggressive and impossible schedules and have many unexpected design changes. Teknerd has created a flexible and practical production system to handle these projects through:

• The ability of being prepared to deal with any unexpected design changes, by being able to increase our working hours to cover those changes, minimizing the impact on the original schedule.

• The ability of being able to send checked drawings for approval, by checking and scrubbing the model to make sure its correct before creating and editing drawings.

Sending checked drawings for approval:

• Help Teknerd to quickly turnaround drawings into the shop after getting back from approval. Teknerd’s average turnaround time for drawings that have minor approver comments is usually 24 hours.

• Give Teknerd, at early stage the opportunity to find all problems and discrepancies in the project, and address them through RFI’s, or through approval drawings.

• Provide our clients the opportunity to fabricate certain pieces of steel, needed for urgent work, on their own responsibility. This helps keep the shop running while the drawings are out for approval.
